15-01-2010  13:35 RVM attends ERC meeting and FIA organizer's conference, in Brescia   José Paulo Fontes, President do Club Sports da Madeira, Pedro Araújo, Clerk of the Course and Alfredo Mendonça, General Secretary of Rali Vinho da Madeira, left for Brescia, Italy, to attend a meeting of European Rally Championship organisers on the 16th and a FIA Rally Commission conference for Marshals and event Organisers, on Sunday 17th of January. They will take part in the presentation of the 2010 ERC Calendar events, that includes RVM. On Saturday evening there will be a Gala dinner and ceremonial prize giving for the winners of the 2009 European Rally Championship. On Sunday the RVM representatives will participate in a FIA Rally Commission meeting held by Hans-Christopher Mehmel, during which 2010 FIA Regulations, the role of the Observers and the Technical and Safety Delegates for RVM and ERC will be released. These events will all take place at the new Conference Centre - Brixia Expo, where for the first time a Rally Expo will be held, organized by the Brescia Motor Club, under theItalian Automotive Federation's patronage. Here, besides a display of rally cars, both current and from past years, there will be several Monomarca trophies and round table discussions and debates with Drivers, Event Organizers, Team Managers, Scrutineers, etc. In these events will take part the likes of Giandomenico Basso, Gigi Galli, Paulo Andreucci, Miki Biasion, Franco Cunico, Tonny Fassina, Mauro Pregliasco and Fabrizio Tabaton in addition to Organizers of Monomarca Trophy Rallies, manufacturer representatives and personalities connected to the sport in Italy. The organising clubs of ERC events will each have a dedicated area to promote their own ERC event.
