19-07-2010  21:00 Giandomenico Basso, Kris Meeke, Jan Kopecky, Juha Hanninen, Luca Rosseti e Bruno Magalhães are   Juho Hanninen, Jan Kopecký and Bruno Magalhães, the three top seeded of the 2010 Intercontinental Rally Challenge, are the "headliners" of 51st edition of the Madeira Wine Rally, that takes place on the 5,6 and 7 August. A surprise prepared by the Organising Committee was the presence of Giandomenico Basso and Luca Rossetti, two drivers in Abarth Fiat Punto S2000, but with new versions of their engines. Besides these, names like Freddy Loix, in Skoda Fabia S2000, Bernardo Sousa and Miguel Campos, Ford Fiesta S2000, Kris Meeke, Daniel Oliveira, Luca Betti, Burcu Cetinkaya, Dominique Bruyneel, Marco Tempestini, Vitor Pascoal, Vitor Sá and Miguel Nunes in Peugeot 207 S2000, complete the list of drivers with S2000 cars. Three days event and 298.20 km of special stages. The Madeira Wine Rally will last for three days, with two legs, and 21 stages. On the 5,6 and 7 August, the drivers will have a total route of 898.59 kilometers with 298.20 kms of special stages. The highlights are the mythical Encumeada, Paul and Chão da Lagoa, while the Rosário stage is the one that attracts the laregr crouds. This year, the Organisation has created a show area located by the National Stadium (by the Terreiros and Chão da Lagoa stages), where the Organisation will make available several parking areas for the general public.
