This
rally will be run in compliance with the International Sporting
Code (and its appendices), the General Prescriptions applicable
to FIA Championship Rallys, the Sporting Regulations of the FIA
Championships, the provisions of the National Sporting Regulations,
which comply with the FIA regulations and these supplementary
regulations.
The 2003 Edition of rally will be organized as a candidate for the 2004 World Rally Championship.
